RESOLUTION NO. 93-~3
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING J. D. ALLEN, JR. AND
REAPPOINTING CHARLES M. ANDREWS TO THE COLLIER
COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92-80 was adopted to
continue in effect the Code Enforcement Board after its removal
from Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, The collier County Land
Development Code, and provided that the Board shall consist of
seven (7) members; and
WHEREAS, two (2) of the members terms expired on February 14,
1993; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners previously
provided public notice SOliciting applications from interested
parties to fill the vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) J. D. Allen, Jr., representing General Contractor
category, is hereby appointed to the Collier County Code
Enforcement Board for a three year term, said term expiring on
February 14, 1996.
2) Charles M. Andrews, representing Realtor, is hereby
'reappointed to the Collier County Code Enforcement Board for a
three year term, said term expiring on February 14, 1996.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
