RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 99
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO EXECUTE THE UTILITY EASEMENT TO
FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY CONCERNING THE CONKLIN
POINT BOAT LAUNCH FACILITY.
WIlEREJ\S, Collier County is desirous of providing Florida
Power and Light Company ("FPL") with an easement for the
installation of a transformer pad, associated ducts and/or a
cable right-of-way from FPL facilities to the transformer pad,
together with the right of ingress and egress to FPL employees
and contractors for the purpose of installing, operating and
maintaining these facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The Board of County commissioners does hereby approve the
attached Grarlt of Utility Easement to Florida Power and Light
Company.
2. The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County, Florida, is hereby authorized to execute the attached
Grant of utility Easement to Florida Power and Light Company.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
