RESOLUTION NO. 93- 74A
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING LOU HOEGSTED TO THE
FLORIDA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL
WHEREAS, District VII of the Florida Economic Development
Courcil represents eight counties in the South Florida area, i.e.,
Collier, Charlotte, DeSoto, Glades, Hardy, Hendry, Highlands and
Lee County; and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the District Director of
Dist.rict VII of the Florida Economic Development Council to have a
representative from Collier County on the Florida Economic
DevE~lopment Council to represent Collier County's L,terest
regl.rding district and state economic development issues; and
WHEREAS, the Collier County Economic Development Council has
reccJmmended that Lou Hoegsted be appointed to the Florida Economic
DevEllopment Counci 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CO~IISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Lou Hoegsted,
Executive Vice President of Westinghouse Communities of Naples, is
hereby appointed to the Florida Economic Development Council.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
