Resolution 1993-064 RESOLUTION NO. 93- 61, FEBRUARY 23, 1993 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUI/TY COMMISSIONERS PROVIDING FOR ASSESSHENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF THE ABATEHENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCp' WITH ORDINANCE 91-47. WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property; and WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together with a description of said parcelj and WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding obligation upon the property against which made until paidi and WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30) days after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0\) per annum on any unpaid portion thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described as follo~s, and having been ab~ted of a public nuisance after due and proper notice thereof to the o~ner of said property, is hereby assessed the following costs of such abatement, to wit: ~ LEGAL DESCRIPTION: COST: J.
