RESOLUTION SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION 92-409 ANO ESTABLISHIIIG
THE FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR USE OF COUNTY SOLIO WASTE
FACILITIES PURSUANT TO COLLIER COUNTY OROIIIANCE NO. B4-31.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners through County Ordinance No.
84-31 has implemented the user fee system for solid waste to all public and
private users.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOA^O OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that

~QILZ.: The followIng fee schedule is approved for all users of the
Collier County Solid Waste facIlities:

All fees are based on actual certified scale weight, per cubic yard fee,
ar per tire fee. No rounding.
~ixed loads of bfomass (land clearing, plant trimmfngs and grass
cutting) and other waste shall not be accepted.
General Wastes:

Soecial Wastes:
12S.0l/ton for Construction/Demolition Debris.

Car or truck tfres: 13.00/tire 16' or larger size.

Additional service for all Collier County residents who pay the
annual special assessment for Solid Waste Disposal to address
the need for additIonal yard waste disposal.
Punch cards to be issued at all Transfer Stations and landfills
for three free disposals per month for residential unit
customers.
Recvclino Bin Fees
Each residentIal unit provided initial bIn at no charge by the
County.
Replacement of bins due to normal wear to be provided by the
Franchisee at no charge to the resldent1al unit. Unservlceable
bin must be presented 1n exchange fvr replacement bin.
Replacement of bin due to loss or negligence of the resIdential
unit to be paid for by the customer at a cost of 15.00 per bin.
Commercial Oisoosal Fees: See Attached Schedules (4 pages).
