RESOLUTION NO. 93- 84
RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION IV J.5 OF EXHIBIT "A"
TO RESOLUTION 92-552, WHICH RESOLUTION ESTABLISHED
A RECREATION FACILITY RENTAL AND FEE POLICY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on October 13, 1992, adopted
Resolution 92-552 and thereby adopted the Collier County Parks and
Recreation Department Facilities and outdoor Areas Rental Fee Policy and
WHEREAS, the Board on December 1, 1992, adopted Resolution No. 92-644,
to revise parts ot Secticn IV J.5 ot that policy to provide tor
clarification ot definitions therein and, in a few inst~nces, and to adjust
the fee schedule and
WHEREAS, Subsections Band 0 of Section IV J.5 should be further
amended.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
Section IV J.5 of the Collier County Parks and Recreation Department
Facilities and Outdoor Areas Rental and Fee Policy, as amended, is hereby
further amended to read as tollows:
