RESOLUTION NO. 93--lUl
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING LEONARD WATCHOWSKI
TO THE PUBLIC VEHICLE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee was
established by Collier County Ordinance No. 86-4, as amended; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 86-4, as amended,
provides that the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee shall consist
of five (5) members with three (3) of the members being holders of
certificates to Operate a motor vehicle for hire company within
Collier County; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received the
resignation of Mary Ann Riordan, a non-affiliated member; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previOUsly
provided public notice SOliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
CO~fISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Leonard Watchowski
be appointed to the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee as a
non-affiliated member to fill the unexpired term, said term
expiring on September 2, 1993.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
