DRAINACE EASEMENTS ON THE PLAT OF QUAIL \.lEST UNIT ONE
RECORDED IN PLAT 800K 18, PACES 74 THROUGH 83. INCLUSIVE,
TilE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statutes, Christopher D.
Hagan as agent for owner, Quail \.lest, Ltd., does hereby request the vacation of
portIons of two drainage easements, located on a portion of the plat of QuaIl
\.lest Unit One as recorded In Plat Book 18, Pages 74.83, inclusive, of the Public
Records of Collier County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Board has this day held a public hearing to consider vacating
. portion of said plat 8S more fully described belo~, and notice of said public
hearing to vacate yas given as required by law; and
UHEREAS, the vacated portions of the drainage easements ~il1 be replaced by
tvo drainage easements previously conveyed co the County which are recorded at

UHEREAS, the granting of the vacation will not adversely affect the e;)

\JHEREAS, the Dedication on the plat of Quail West Unit One states "All lake
drainage easements (D.E.) shall contain a 20.foot
lake maintenance easement
(H.E.) along it's perimeter unless other~ise
noted. "
Therefore,
the
reconfigured drainage easements shall contain a 20
foot: maintenance easement
along its perimeter.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following be and are hereby vacated:
See Exhibit "AI" and "A2" attached horeto nnd incorporated herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reconfigured lake drainage essements shall
contain a 20-foot lake maintenance easement along its perimeter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to record this
Resolution in the Public Records of ColUer County, Florida and to make proper
notations of this vacation on the plat of Quail West Unit One, Block D, and
quaIl West UnIt One, Blocks E and F.
