RESOLUTIOH NO. 93~
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF ARBOR GLEN A
PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS THE
VINEYARDS UNIT 3A
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on March 6, 1990, approved the plat of The Vineyards Unit
3A for recording; and
WHEREAS, Michael P. and Joseph G. procacci are replatting a
portion of Tract BS of The Vineyards Unit 3A and have filed for a
replat of said lands; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 177.101 (2) 1 Florida Statutes requires the
Board of County Commissioners to adopt a Resolution prior to the
recording of an approved replatj and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of Arbor Glen, is a
part of a previously approved and recorded plat, The Vineyards Unit
JA, and the filing and recording of this approved plat shall not
affect access to lots previously conveyed under The Vineyards Unit
JA plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat of
Arbor Glen, a part of a previously approved and recorded plat, The
Vineyards Unit JA, is hereby approved for recording and the
dedications contained on the plat of Arbor Glen are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
