RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF STORRIHGTOlI
PLACE PHASE II AlID III A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY
RECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS BAY FOREST
WHEREAS, the Board of C~unty Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on September 29, 1981, approved the plat of Bay Forest for
recording; and
WHEREAS, Martin s. Dunn has acquired a portion of Lots 10,
11, and 12 of Bay Forest and has filed for a replat of said lands;
and
WHEREAS, Chapter 177.101(2), Florida Statutes requires the
Board of County Commissioners to adopt a Resolution prior to the
recording of an approved replati and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of Storrington Place
II and III, is a part of a previously approved and recorded
Bay Forest, and the filing and recording of this approved plat
not affect access to lots previously conveyed under the Bay
plat.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. that the plat of
Storrington Place Pha~e II and III, a part of a previously approved
and recorded plat, Bay Forest, is hereby approved for rp.cording and
the dedications contained on the plat of Storrington Place Phase II
and III are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
v0te favoring same.
