RESOLUTION NO. 93-~
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING M. JOANN SANDY TO
THE GOLDEN GATE ESTATES CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance N0. 87-48 created the
Golden Gate Estates Citizens Advisory Committee and provided that
the Committee shall consist of five (5) members; and
WHEREAS, one of the members recently resigned thereby
creating a vacancy on the Golden Gate Estates citizens Advisory
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that 11. Joann Sandy is
hereby appointed to the Golden Gate Estates Citizens Advisory
Committee to fill the unexpired term, said term expiring on
October 13, 1994.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
