RESOLUTION AUTHORI ZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF GRACE
COMMUNITY A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT KNOWN
AS GOLDEN GATE UNIT 5
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on July 14, 1964, approved the plat of Golden Gate Unit 5
tor recording; and

WHEREAS, the McIntyre Family Trust has acquired a portion of
Block 154 Golden Gate Unit 5 and has filed for a replat of said
lands; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 177.101(2)/ Florida Statutes l'equires the
Board of County CommissionerE)to adopt a Resolution prior to the
recording of an approved replatj and
WHEREAS I this parcel, the approved plat of Grace Community,
is a part of a previously approved and recorded plat, Golden Gate
Unit 5, and the filing and recording of this approved plat shall not
affect access to lots previously conveyed under the Golden Gate Unit
5 plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat of
Grace Community, a part of a previously approved and recorded plat,
Golden Gate Unit 5, is hereby approved for recording and the
dedications contained on the plat of Grace Community are hereby
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote lavoring same.
