RESOLUTION NO. 93~ANOARY 26, 1993
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PRELIMINARY ACCEPTANCE OF THESE
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN GREY OAKS UNIT THREE (THE
NORTH GOLF COURSE) AND ACCEPTING THE PERFORMANCE BOND
(POSTED WITH' THE. CLERK) FROM THE DEVELOPER FOR
MAINTENANCE OF THE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS FOR A MINIMUM
OF ONE YEAR.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
FIer ida, on October 20, 1992, approved the pIa t of Grey Oaks Un! t
Three (the North Golf Course) for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed
improvements in accordance with the approved
specifications and as required by the Land Development
County Ordinance No. 92-73, as amended); and

WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of the Development
Services Department has inspected the drainage improvements and is
recommending preliminary acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that preliminary
acceptance be granted for these drainage improvements in Grey Oaks
Unit Three (the North Golf Course).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept the
maintenance security in the form of a Performance Bond (pGsted with
the Clerk) in the amount of $248 I 510.00 and that the developer is
responsible for the maintenance of the drainage lmprovernents for a
minimum period of one year as required by the Land Development Code
(Ordinance No. 92-73, as amended), at which time the developer must
petition the Board for final acceptance.
