A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DOROTHY C. FERGUSON,
KAY CAMPBELL, EILEEN H. EVANS AND JACQUELYN
P. BARR TO THE Il/FORMATION AND REFERRAL BLUE
RIBBON TASK FORCE AD HOC COMMITTEE.
WH~EAS, the Blue Ribbon Task Force Committee was created by
Resolution No. 89-353 and provides for the appointment of 10
members; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution
No. 91-28 which created tor ono year the Blue Ribbon Task Force
Committee as an ad hoc committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution
No. 92-541 extending the Blue Ribbon Task Force Committee as an ad
hoc committee tor an additional year, until October 6, 1993; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-541 provides that the Blue Ribbon
Task Force Ad Hoc Committee shall consist of 10 members; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has previously
appointed six (6) members to the Blue Ribbon Task Force Ad Hoc
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties to fill the four (4) vacancies on the Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Dorothy C.
Ferguson, Kay Campbell, Eileen M. Evans and Jacquelyn P. Barr are
hereby appointed to the Blue Ribbon Task Force Committee.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
