RESOLUTION NO. 93--lL
A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING SCOTT FRENCH AND
APPOINTING RAllDOLPH L. BOERE AND NANCY MCLEAN
TO THE GOLDEN GATE COMMUNITY CENTER ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 75-4 created the Golden
Gate Municipal Services Special Taxing District and provides that
the Board of County Commissioners appoint a committee of three to
five electors residing within the district to serve on the
c01IIlI.ittee; and
WHEREAS, the terms ot three members on the Golden Gate
Community Center Advisory Committee expired on Dece~r 31, 1992;
and
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties to fill the vacant term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) Scott French is hereby reappointed to the Golden Gate
Community Center Advisory Committee tor a two year term, said term
commencing on January 1, 1993 and expiring on December 31, 1994.
2) Randolph L. Boere is hereby appointed to the Golden Gate
Community Center Advisory Committee for a two year term, said term
commencing on January 19, 1993 and expiring on December 31, 1994.
3) Nancy HCLean is hereby appointed to the Golden Gate
Community Center Advisory Committee for a two year term, said term
commencing on January 19, 1993 and expiring on December 31, 1994.
