RESOLUTION NO. 93-~
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF
COUNTY FUNDS FOP THE PURCHASE OF A PLAQUE,
PURSUANT TO COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 87-5,
TO RECOGNIZE THE SERVICES OF BRENDA C. WILSON,
ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY, AND TO ACKNOWLEDGE
HER NEW POSITION AS COUNTY COURT JUDGE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 87-5 provides that the
Board ot County Commissioners shall adopt a Resolution authorizing
the expenditure or County funds for recognition of outstandinq
service or achievement in connection with county employment; and
WHEREAS, Brenda C. Wilson was dedicated and hard working in
her service as an Assistant County Attorney trom February 29, 1988
to December 18, 1992; and
WHEREAS, on November 3, 1992 Brenda c. wilson was successful
in her bid for a position as County Court JUdge.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the expenditure of
county funds in the amount of $68.80 is hereby authorized for the
purchase of a plaque in recognition of the dedication and hard
work of Brenda c. wilson as an Assistant County Attorney and in
recognition of her new position as County Court Judge.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
