A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ANN KELLY TO THE DISTRICT
EIGHT ALCOHOL, DRUG ABUSE AND MENTAL HEALTH
PLANNING COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the District Eight Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental
Health Planning Council was created pursuant to the provisions ot
Section 394.715, Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commissioners ot Collier County,
Florida, has received written notification from the District
Program Supervisor that Charles Hobart has resigned tram the
District Eight Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental health Planning
Council; and
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commissioners has received
written notitication tram the District Program Supervisor that the
nominating committee ot the Department ot Health and
Rehabilitative Services Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental Health
Program Ottice ot District Eight recommends the appointment ot Ann
Kelly to till the vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Ann Kelly is hereby
appointed to the District Eight Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental
Health Planning Council to till the unexpired term, said term to
expire in May, 1994.
This Resolution adopted atter motion, second and majority
