expedited, while maintaining the safeguards of staff and "lbgal counsel

reducing time for Board approval on reviewed and approved Limited Use

1. The Board of County Commissioners does hereby authorize the
Cbairaan of the Board of County Commissioners to execute Limited Use
Agreements, tor those special events listed below, following approval by
the Real Property Management Department, the Client-Department, the Risk
Management Department and the County Attorney's Office.
- I"okalee Harvest Festival/Carnival
- Golden Gate Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (Frontier Days)
- Golden Gate Rotary Club (Christmas Tree Sales)
- The Art League of Marco Island, Inc. (Art and Craft Shows)
South Florida Sports Car Association, Inc. (Low Speed Road Rally
Race)
SAFE Autocross Club (Kedium Speed Road Rally Race)
2. The authorization of the Chairman to execute Limited Use License
Aqree.ents hereunder shall extend only for the- tenure ot the current
Chairman.
