RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF MUST~~ILLAS
A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT KN~rjAS LELY
RESORT PHASE SIX

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of -d911ier County,
Florida, on September 22, 1992, approved the plat of Le~y Resort
Phase Six for recording; and
WHEREAS, Triangle Properties Southwest, Inc. and Resort
Development ot Collier County is replatting Tract 32 ot Lely', Resort
Phase Six and has tiled tor a replat ot said lands; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 177.101(2), Florida statutes requires the
Board of Ccunty Commissioners to adopt a Resolution prior to the
recordi~~ of an approved replatj and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of Mustang Villas, is
a part of a previously approved and recorded plat, Lely Resort Phase
six, and the filing and recording of this approved plat shall not
attect access to lots previously conveyed under the Lely Resort
Phase six plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat ot
MUstang Villas, a part ot a previously approved and recorded plat,
Lely Resort Phase Six, is hereby approved for recording and the
dedications contained on the plat of Mustang Villas are hereby
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk ot the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat.
This Resolution adopted atter motion, second and majority
vote hvoring same.
