RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF GREY:,OARS UNIT
FOUR A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT-"lbjo.;m AS
GREY OAKS UNIT THREE , ','

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on October 20, 1992, approved the plat of Grey Oaks Unit
Three for recording; and
WHEREAS, The Halstatt Partnership is replatting Tract C and a
Portion of Tract D of Grey Oaks Unit Three and has filed for a
replat of said lands; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 177.101(2), Florida Statutes requires the
Board of County Commissioners to adopt a Resolution prior to the
recording ot an approved replat; and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of Grey Oaks Unit
Four, is a part of a previously approved and recorded plat, Grey
Oaks Unit Three, and the filing and recording of this approved plat
shall not affect access to lots previously conveyed under the Grey
Oaks Unit Three plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat of
Grey Oaks' Unit" Pour, a part of a previously approved and recorded
plat, Grey Oaks Unit Three, is hereby approved for recording and the
dedications contained on the plat of Grey Oaks Unit Four are hereby
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat.

vote favoring same.
