RESOLUTION NO. 93-~
A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING WILLIAM PENNELL AND
APPOINTING l'RANCES TIFFT AND MIKE HART TO THE
OCHOPEE FIRE CONTROL DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 75-6 created the
Ochopee Fire Di.trict and provides for the establishment of an
advi.ory board; and
WHERF.AS, Collier County Ordinance No. 89-98 confirmed the
creation of the Ochopee Fire District Advisory Board and provides
that the Advisory Board sha~ be composed of five (5) members and

sucb aeabership shall consist of one (1) member from each of the
designated arsa.; and
WHEREAs, the terms ot two ot the members expired on December
31, 1992; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy was created with the resignation of AII.n
Poyner; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commiesioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
partie..
HOW, THEREFoRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMKISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) Willi.. Pennell, representing Plantation Island, is
hereby reappointed to the Ochopee Fire District Advisory Board for
a two.year term; said term commencing January I, 1993 and expiring
on Oeceaber 31, 1994.
2) France. Tifft, representing Chokoloskee, is hereby
appointed to the Ochopee Fire Disbrict Advisory Board for a two
year tera; said term commencing January I, 1993 and expiring on
Deceaber 31, 1994.
3) Mike Hart, representing Lae cypress/Copeland, is hereby
appointed to the Ochopee Fire District Advisory Board to fill the
unexpired term; said term expiring on December 31, 1993.
