PU-90-14 FOR EXTEN~N OF CONDITIONAL USE OF PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA \'.. , .'(" WHEREAS, the Legielature of the State of Florida in. Chapter 125, Florids Statutes, has conferred on all Counties in Florida the power to establish, coordinate and enforce zoning and such business regulations as are necessary for the protection of the public; and WHEREAS, the County pursuant thereto has adopted a Land O-Velopaent Code (Ordinance No. 91-102) which establishes coaprehensive zoning regulations for the zoning of partiCUlar divisions of the County, among which is the granting and extending the tiae period of Conditional Uses formerly known as Provisional 0...; and WHEREAS, on January 8, 1991, the Board of Zoning Appeals enacted Resolution No. 91-3, attached hereto and incorporated herein, which granted a provisional use, now known as a conditional use pursuant to ordinance No. 91-102, for a church and church related facilities, on the below des~ribed property; and WHEREAS, on December 10, 1991 tt,. Board of Zoning Appeals enacted Resolution No. 91-804, attache' hereto and incorporated herein which granted a one (1) year extension to the Provisional 0.. granted in Resolution No. 91-3; WHEREAS, Subsection 2.7.4.5 of the Land Development Code provides that the Boar1 of Zoning Appeals may extend the one (1) year time period for a conditional use which has not been ~nc.c1; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Boar~ of Zoning Appeals of Collier County, Florida that: The writt~n request of Dr. Neno J.
