WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commissionere onrtbruary 27,
1979 adopted Rasolution No. 79-34 creating the Collier County
Induatria1 Development Authority pursuant to the authority ot
Chapter 159, Part III, I'lorida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the Collier County Industrial Development Authority
is casposed ot tive members with tour-year terms; and
WHEREAS, Lynette Woltendale resigned which created a vacancy;
and
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commissioners received a letter
tr~ the Collier county Industrial Development Authority
recoamending the appointment ot Richard Botthot tor both the
unexpired term and tor a tull tour (4) year term.
NOW, THEREl'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD 01' COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS 01' COLLIER COUNTY, I'LORIDA, that Richard Botthot is
hereby appointed to the Collier County Industrial Development
Authority to till the unexpired term plus a full tour (4) year
tera; said term expiring on February 24, 1997.
This Resolution adopted atter motion, second and majority
vote.
