A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN, ON
BEHALF OF THE BOARD, TO EXECUTE A JOINT PARTICIPATION
AGREEMENT (JPA) WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION REGARDING JOB NUMBER 03900-3801.
WHEREAS, Board of County commissioners of Collier County has
the authority to enter into a Joint participation Agreement with
the Florida Department of Transportation to undertake a project
as authorized by Chapter 332, Florida Statute, and Florida
Administrative Code section 14-60;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
1.
That the Joint participation Agreement for State of
Florida Job No. 03900-3801 is approved in the amount of
$135,000.
2. That Timothy J. Constantine, Chairman of the Board of
County commissioners is hereby authorized, on behalf of
the Board of County commissioners, to execute the Joint
participation Agreement with the Florida Department of
Transportation.
