RESOLU'rION NO. 95 - 2.<5
RESOLUTION PROVIDING ADDITIONS TO THE 1995 MANDATORY
SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
ROLL PURSUANT TO COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 90-30, AS
AMENDED.
~EREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida
adopted Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30 on April 10, 1990, such OrdInance
referred to as the ~Collier County Mandatory Solid ~aste Collection and
Disposal Ordinance"; and
YHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Collier County
Ordinance No. 91-36 on May 14, 1991, Collier County Ordinance No. 93-47,
adopted July 27, 1993, and Collier County Ordin~nce No. 93. -60, adopted
August 24, 1993, amending Ordinance No. 90-30; and
~HEREAS, Section Fifteen of said ordinance provides that ....hen it shall
appear that the special assessment might have been imposed under this
Ordinance against any residential unit, but such unit ....as omitted from the
approprinte special assessment roll, the Board may, by Resolution, impose the
applicnble special assessment for the service year in which such error is
discovered and also for the prior two service years; and
~lEREAS, Staff have identified residential units that were omitted from
th~ 1995 mandatory solid waste collection and disposal special assessment
roll; and
WHEREAS, a Certificate of Correction for each of those residential
units that are subject to addition to the Special Assessment Roll for the
1995 Service year pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended,
has been filed in the office of the Clerk.
WHEREAS, there are attached hereto and incorporated herein two (2)
lists identifying those residential units per reference number and the number
of residential units thereon added to the special assessment roll, said list
entitled "Attachment Number 1" and "Attachment Number 2."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:

The Chairman is authorized to execute the Certificates of
Correction for each of those residential units identified
herein and such residential units be and are hereby added
to the Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Special
As~essment Roll for the 1995 Service Year pursuant to
Colliej~ County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, and that
these units be billed immediately by the Collier County
Solid Waste Department for the 1995 Service year.

Resolution in full among the minutes of this meeting for
permanent record in his office.

passage.
