RESOLUTION NO. 95-320
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
COUNTY GOVERNMENT PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Collier
County Ordinance No.
91-10 creating the County Government
Productivity Committee; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 93-13 provides that the Committee
shall consist of 13 members; and
WHEREAS, there are two (2) vacancies on this Committee; and
WHEREAS,
the Board of County Commissioner.s previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that tho below listed
members are appointed to the County Government Productivity
Committee as follows:
1) Kenneth H. Fairchild, representing Commission District
No.1, is hereby reappointed to the County Government Productivity
Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term
expiring on February 4, 1996.
2) Victor H. Tatak, representing Commission District No.2,
is hereby appointed to the County Governmen1: Productivity
Committee to fulfill the remainder of the vacant t:erm, said term.
expiring on February 4, 1996.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
