RESOLUTION NO. 95-302
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING WILLIAM L. SEABURY TO THE
FOREST LAKES ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on March 10, 1992, the Board ot County Commissioners
of Collier County adopted Ordinance 92-16 which created the Forest
Lakes Roadway and Drainage Advisory Committee tor the purpose of
assisting the Board in providing and maintaining improved roadway
related drainage and roadway restoration as set forth in County
Ordinance No. 91-107; and
WHEREAS, the term of one (1) member will expire creatinq a
vacancy on the forest Lakes Roadway and Drainage Advisory
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties; and
WHEREAS, a memorandum was received from staff advising that
the Committee has made its recommendation for appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COtlN'l'Y
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that William L. Seabury
is hereby appointed to the Forest Lakes Roadway and Drainaqe
Advisory Committee for a term of four years, said term expiring on
April 21, 1999.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
