RESOLUTION NO. 95-299
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTION OF LIEN
FOR ACCOUNT NO. 178 THAT WAS BILLED IN
ERROR FOR THE 1993 SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND
DISPOSAL SERVICES SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, a.
amended, the Board of County Commissioners on September 20, 1994
adopted Resolution No. 94-694 authorizing the recording of notice.
of liens for the delinquent solid waste collection and disposal
services special assessments for 1993; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended,
requires the Board to approve by Resolution and record in the
Official Records a satisfaction of Lien on all accounts that have
been paid in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that pursuant to Collier
County Ordinance No. 90-30, as amended, the Board recognizes that
Account No. 178 was billed in error since the improvements on the
property were destroyed by fire in October, 1992. Account No.
178, subsequent to the adoption of Resolution No. 94-694,
whereupon a lien had been recorded on the real property, is hereby
satisfied in full. The satisfaction of Lien attached hereto
referencing account number 178 is hereby approved and the Chairman
is hereby authorized to sign on behalf of the Board of County
Commissioners, and the Clerk is directed to record this Resolution
and the Satisfaction of Lien in the official records of Collier
County.
