RESOLUTION NO. 95- 293
RESOLUTION ESTl\IlLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE ALONG THE NORTHERN
AND SOUTHERN RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF MAINSAIL DRIVE BEGINNING AT THE
EASTERN RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SR 951 AND EXTENDING THREE TBN'I'IIS
(3/10) OF A MILE EASTWARD.
KHBREAS, on Hay 20, 1980, the Board of County Commissioners adapted
Collier County Ordinance 80.47, the Collier County parking Ordinance, regulating
parking in the unincorporated areas of Collier County; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance, as amended,
Commissioners to adopt resolutions designating
a8 being areas in which parking, standing,
prohibited; and
authorizes the Board of County

WHEREAS, upon adoption of said
posted with signs specifying the
standing or stopping; and
resolution by the Board, such roads shall be
restrictions or prohibitions of parking,
WHEREAS, it has been determined to be in the interest of the County to
establish a "No Parking" zone along certain County road rights-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONllRB OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the following County road rights-of-way be
designated as a "No Parking" zone and said road be posted with signs specifying
that parking is prohibited at any time:
"No Parking" is to extend along both the northern and
southern rights-ot-way of Mainsail Drive from the centerline
of pavement outward for a distance of fifty feet (50'); the
"No Parking" zone is to start at eastern right-of-way line of
SR 951 and to extend eastward three tenths (3/10) of a mile,
more. particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorpqrated herein.
