A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TESSIE P. KASENGA
TO THE PUBLIC VEHICLE ADVISORY COMllITTEE.

established by Collier County Ordinance No. 86-4, as amended; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 86-4, as amended,
provides that the Public Vehicle Advisory Committee shall consist
of five (5) members with three (3) of the members being holders of
certificates to operate a motor vehicle for hire company within
Collier County; and
WHEREAS, there is currently one vacancy on the Public VehiCle
Advisory Board;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COtlllTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COtlllTY, FLORIDA, that Tessie P. Kasenqa,
representing non-affiliated category, is hereby appointed to the
Public VehiCle Advisory Committee for the remainder of the vacant
term, said term expiring on September 2, 1997.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
