RESOLUTION NO. 95-286
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JERRY THIRION
AND ROBERT 8TAJaCH TO THE TOURIST
DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92-18 created the
Tourist Developmsnt council and provides that the Council shall be
composed ot nine (9) members, pursuant to Section 125.0104,
Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAs, the terms ot two (2) members ot the Tourist
Development Council expire on April 21, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commissioners previoudy
provided public notice soliciting applications trom intere.ted
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C01lllTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. J.rry Thirion, repre.enting the owner/operator category,
i. hereby appointed to the Tourist Development Council for e tara
ot tour years, said term expiring April 21, 1999.
2. Robert Stakich, representing the non-owner/operator
category, is hereby appointed to the Tourist Development Council
tor a term ot tour years, .aid term expiring April 21, 1999.
This Resolution adopted atter motion, second and majority
vote.
