RESOLUTION NO. 95-282
A RESOLUTI~N APPOINTING OFFICERS FOR THE COLLIER
COUNTY AGRICULTURAL FAIR' EXPOSITION, INC. FOR
1995-96.
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1976 the Charter and Articles ot
Incorporation ot the Collier County Agricultural Fair and
Exposition, Inc. were tiled with the Secretary ot State; and
WHEREAS, the Charter and Articles ot Incorporation ot the
Collier County Agricultural Fair and Exposition, Inc. provide that
the otticers ot the Board ot Directors, with the exception ot the
Immediate Past President, shall be appointed annually by the Board
ot County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commissioners on March 15, 1988
adopted Resolution No. 88-52 setting torth the procedures tor
appointments to the Collier County Fair Board; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 88-52, the Nominating
Committee has submitted its list of recommended nominees,
specitying recommended persons tor particular positions to the
Board ot Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the tollewing
individuals are hereby appointed as the 1995-96 ofticers tor the
Collier County Agricultural Fair and Exposition, Inc. Board at
Directors:
