A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE A VACANCY
ON THE HOMELESS ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 89-22 created the
Advieory Committee on the Homeleee and providee that the Committe.
ehall coneiet of nine (9) membere which shall be nppointed to the
Committee by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92-42, providee that

Board's meetings in a given fiscal year shall be deemed to have, ....

WHEREAS, the Homeless Advisory Committee has advieed
