RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THAT CERTAIN
JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (JPA) WITH THE FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
