RESOLUTION 95- --..L65
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THAT CERTAIN
JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (JPA) WITH THE FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
WHEREAS, Collier County, Florida, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, has authority to enter
into a Joint Participation Agreement with the Florida
Department of Transportation to undertake a project as
authorized by Chapter 332, Florida Statutes, and Part 14-60
of the Florida Administrative Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
1. That the Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) for WPI
Number 1823238 and State Job Number 03000-3879 is
approved.

That Stephen L. Price, Chairman of the Collier County
Airport Authority for Collier County, Florida, is hereby
authorized to execute the said Joint Participation
Agreement on behalf of the Board of County
Commissioners.
