RESOLUTION NO. 95~
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF NAPLES A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY
RECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS OAKMONT PARKWAY EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the Board of
Florida, on May 25, 1993,
Extension for recording; and
County commissioners of Collier County,
approved the plat of Oakmont Parkway
WHEREAS, First National Bank of Naples has acquired a portion
of Parcel One of Oakmont Parkway Extension and has filed for a
replat of said lands; and
WHEREAS, this replat does not extinguish or in anyway affect
the dedications contained in the previous plat of these lands unless
said dedications are formally vacated simultaneously with the
acceptance of this replatj and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of First National
Bank of Naples, is a part of a previously approved and recorded
plat, Oakmont Parkway Extension, and the filing and recording of
this approved plat shall not affect access to lots previously
conveyed under the Oakmont Parkway Extension plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat of
First National Bank ot Naples, a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, Oakmont Parkway Extension, is hereby approved for
recording and the dedications contained on the plat of First
National Bank of Naples are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDEREO that the Clerk of the
circuit court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat and record this replat resolution in the Official
Records of Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
