RESOLUTION OF APPOINTMENT TO
THE COLLIER COUNTY HOUSING FlNA.'IlCE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners created the Housing Finance
Authority of Collier County by County Ordinance No. 80-66 on July 29, 1980,
WHEREAS, the Board appointed certain individuals as the members of the
Authority, and
WHEREAS, there exists at the present time, a need to appoint a member to fill
a vacancy due to the resignation of Earle Vincent Johnson, a member of the Authority
who has established residence other than Collier County; and
WHEREAS, a certain individual has indicated a desire to serve as a member of
the Authority,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER, COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
I. Gary D. Lind is hereby appointed to membership on the Collier County
Housing Finance Authority to fill a term as set forth below:

EXPIRATION OF TERM
March 21, 1999
2. This Resolution shall constitute a certificate of appointment and shall be
filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court as provided by law.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
