RESOLUTION OF APPOINTMENT TO
THE COLLIER COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners created the Housing Finance
Authority of Collier County by County Ordinance No. 80-66 on July 29, 1980,
WHEREAS, the Board appointed certain individuals as the members of the
Authority, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with statute, the term of office of Dawn Litchfield,
one of the members of the Authority expired on December 2, 1994, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to reappoint Ms. Litchfield to an additional term
of four years,
NOW, TIffiREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIffi BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER, COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
I. The following individual is hereby reappointed to serve a term of four
years in accordance with statutes, which term will expire as shown below:

EXPIRATION OF TERM
December 2, 1998
2. This Resolution shall constitute a certificate of appointment and shall be
filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court as provided by law.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
