RESOLUTION NO. 9>199
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF BERKSHIRE LAKES
UNIT #1, TRACT "F", PARCEL "A" A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF
A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS BERKSHIRE LAKES UNIT
#1
WHEREAS, the Board of county Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on March 15, 1988, approved the plat of Berkshire Lakes
Unit #1 for recording; and
WHEREAS, Coast Communities Corporation is replatting a
portion of Tract "F" of Berkshire Lakes Unit #1 and has filed for a
replat of said lands; and
WHEREAS, this replat does not extinguish or in anyway affect
the dedications contained in the previous plat of these lands unless
said dedications are formally vacated simultaneously with the
acceptance of this replatj and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of Berkshire Lakes
Unit 11, Tract "F", Parcel "A", is a part of a previously approved
and recorded plat, Berkshire Lakes Unit #1, and the tiling and
recording of this approved plat shall not affect access to lots
previously conveyed under the Berkshire Lakes Unit #1 plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat of
Berkshire Lakes Unit #1, Tract "F", Parcel flAil, a part of a
previously approved and recorded plat, Berkshire Lakes Unit #1, is
hereby approved for recording and the dedications contained on the
plat of Berkshire Lakes Unit #1, Tract "F", Parcel itA" are hereby
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat and record this replat resolution in the Official
Records of Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion,
vote favoring same.
