RESOLUTION NO. 95-1.98
A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE A VACAIICY ON THE
COUNTY GOVERNMENT PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-10 created the
County Government Productivity Committee for the purpose of
reviowinq the efficiency ot department.s of county government under
the juriSdiction of the Board of County commissioners; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 93-13 provides that the Committee
shall consist ot 13 members; and
WHEREAS,
the County Government Productivity Committee
requests that the Board ot County co~issioners declare a vacancy
on this Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board hereby
declares a vacancy on the County Government Productivity Committee
for the position held by Douglas L. Rankin and directs staff to
issue a press release soliciting applications for appointment of a
new member to the Committee.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
