RESOLUTION NO. 95- 184
RESOLUTION SETTING TERMS OF OFFICE FOR MEMBERS
APPOINTED TO THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON THE HOMELESS
WHEREAS, on January 24, 1995, the Collier County Board of
County Commissioners appointed James Thorsen and Clement McMahon
to the Advisory Committee on the Homeless in accordance with the
provisions set forth in Collier County Ordinance No. 89-22; and
WHEREAS, the Advisory Committee has made a recommendation for
the terms of office for these members and has submitted their
recommendation for approval of terms to the Board of County
commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the terms of office
are established as follows:
1. James Thorsen will fulfill the remainder of a vacant
term which will expire May 15, 1996.
2. Clement McMahon will fulfill the remainder of a vacant
term which will expire May 15, 1995, plus a full 4 year term which
will expire May 15, 1999.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
