RESOLUTION NO. 95-149
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE MARCO
ISLAND BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 88-28 confirmed the
creation of the Marco Island Beautification Advisory Committee and
provides that the Committee shall be composed of seven (7)
members; and.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 88-28, as amended by
Ordinance No. 92-21, provides that five (5) of the membership
shall consist of one (1) member from each of certain Marco Island
community organizations recommended by the President of such
organizations, and two (2) at-large members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently three (3) vacancies on this
Committee from the following community organizations: the Marco
Island
Condominium
Association,
the
Marco
Island
civic
Association, and the Marco Island Women's Club; and
WHEREAS, the Marco Island Condominium Association, the Marco
Island civic Association, and the Marco Island Women's Club have
each submitted to the Board of county Commissioners their letters
recommending appointments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) Richard J. Eggers, representing the Marco Island
Condominium Association, is hereby appointed to the Marco Island
Beautification Advisory Committee for a four year term, said term
expiring on March 1, 1999.
2) Margaret Paulson, representing the Marco Island Women's
Club, is hereby appointed to the Marco Island Beautification
Advisory Committee for a four year term, said term expiring on
March 1, 1999.
3) Mary Jane Hi ttler, representing the Marco Island Civic
Association,
is
hereby
appointed
to
the
Marco
Island
Beautification Advisory Committee for a four year term, said term
expiring on March 1, 1999.
