RESOLUTION NO. 95-116
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JOHN F. GALLAGHER,
MARK H. A. DRUCKER AND MARIO L. LACACI TO THE
COLLIER COUNTY PRIVATIZATION PLUS TASK FORCE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on March 8, 1994,
adopted Resolution No. 94-151 which created the Collier county
Privatization Plus Task Force as an ad hoc committee for a period
not to exceed one year with a one year extension; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 94-151 provides that the Collier
County Privatization Plus Task Force shall consist of twelve (12)
members to be appointed by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, there are currently three (3) vacant positions on
this Board for the remaining term expiring on April 19, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that John F. Gallagher,
Mark H. A. Drucker and Mario L. Lacaci are hereby appointed to the
Collier County Privatization Plus Task Force to fulfill the
remainder of the vacant terms, said terms expiring on April 19,
1996.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
