Resolution 1995-069 RESOLUTION NO. 95-69 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THOMAS C. BROWN, AND REAPPOINTING FREDERICK FLATTO, CORA P. OBLEY, ANTHONY P. PIRES, JR., AND BERNOI! W. YOUNG, TO THE PELICAN BAY MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING AND BENEFIT UNIT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90-111 created the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benef i t Unit Advisory Committee and provided that the Committee shall consist of nine (9) members; and WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-22 amended Ordinance No. 90-111 providing that the Committee shall consist of fifteen (15) members; and WHEREAS, the terms of five (5) members will expire on January 29, 1995; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previa.usly provided public notice soliciting applications fro~ interested parties; and WHEREAS, a memorandum was received from staff advising that the Committee met and made recommendations for appointments. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: 1. Thomas C. Brown is hereby appointed to the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee for a term of 4 years, said term expiring on January 29, 1999. 2. Frederick Flatto, Cora P. Obley, Anthony P. pires, ~rr., and Bernon W. Young, are hereby reappointed to the Pelican Bay Municipal Service Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee for a term of 4 years, said terms expiring on January 29, 1999.
