RESOLUTION NO. 95-68
RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING WILLIAM L. PENNELL AND
FRANCES C. TIFFT TO THE OCHOPEE FIRE CONTROL
DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 75-6 created the
Ochopee Fire District and provides for the establishment of an
advisory board; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 89-98 confirmed the
creation of the Ochopee Fire District Advisory Board and provides
that the Advisory Board shall be composed of five (5) members and
such membership shall consist of one (1) member from each of the
designated areas; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) members expired on December 31,
1994; and
WHEREAS,
the
Board
of
County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CCUNTY
CO~1ISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) William L. pennellt representing Plantation Island, is
hereby reappointed to the Ochopee Fire District Advisory Board. for
a two year term, said term expiring on December 31, 1996.
2) Frances C. Tifft, representing Chokoloskee, is hereby
reappointed to the Ochopee Fire District Advisory Board for a two
year term, said term expiring on December 31, 1996.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and rnajc.rity
vote.
