RESOLUTION NO. 95-67
RESOLUTION APPOINTING CLEMENT M.
MCMAHON AND JAMES E. THORSEN TO THE
ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON THE HOMELESS.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 89-22 created the
Advisory Committee on the Homeless and provides that the Commi~tee
shall consist of nine (9) members which shall be appointed to the
Committee by resolution; and
WHEREAS, two members have resigned creating vacancies on ~his
Committee; and
WHEREAS,
the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from intere:3ted
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Clement M. McM"hon
and James E. Thorsen are hereby appointed to the Advisory
commi ttee on the Homeless.
The terms of such members shall be
recommended by the Committee and shall be set forth in a separate
Board resolution.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majot:'ity
vote.
