RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
LAKESIDE OF NAPLES AT CITRUS GARDENS, RELEASE OF THE
MAINTENANCE SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the Board ot county Commissioners ot Collier County,
Florida, on MAY 9, 1989, approved the plat ot Lakeside ot Naples at
Citrus Gardens tor recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the
roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements in accordance with
the approved plans and specitications and as required by the Land
Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended);
and the Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County
ordinance No. 88-76, as amended), and
WHEREAS, the developer has now requested tinal acceptance of
the roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements and release of
his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance services Section ot Development
Services Departlllent has inspected the roadway, drainage, water and
s_er improvements and is recommending acceptance ot said
tacHities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COKKISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that tinal acceptance be
qranted for tho.e roadway, drainage, water and sewer illlprovements in
Lakeside of Naples at citrus Gardens, and authorize the Clerk to
release the maintenance security.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept the
future maintenance and other attendant costs tor the roadway,
drainage, water and sewer improvements that are not required to be
maintained by the homeowners association.
