RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING TilE RESUOOIVISION OF TMCT 94
A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS GOLDEN
GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 4 PURSUA/lT TO SECTIOfI J. 2.4.10
1.110 3.2.4.8 OF THE COLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPME/lT
CODE.
MIEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on May J, 1961, approved the plat of Golden Gate Estates
Unit No. 4 tor recording; and
WHEREAS, Cali , Associates, Inc. has acquired Tract 94 and
has filed for a resubdivision of said lands as indicated in the
attached Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS; this resubdivision does not extinguish or in anyway
affect the dedications contained in the plat of these lands; and
WIIEREAS, Section 3.2.4.10 of the Collier County Land
Development Code requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a Resolution ack.nowledging the resubdivision of the subject tract
when certain criteria are complied with and said criteria was
co.plied with; and
WIIEREAS, this tract is a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, Golden Gate Estates Unit No.4, and the filing and
recording of this resubdivision shall not affect access to tracts
previously conveyed under the Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 4 plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED MID ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLI ER COUNTY, FLORIDA, tha t the
resubdivision at Tract 94, a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 4 as indicated in ttJe
attached Exhibit "A", is hereby acknowledged.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED 1.1/0 ORDERED that the Clerk of the
circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
plat of Golden Gate Estates Unit I/o. 4.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
