Florida, on November 17, 19~2, approved the plat
recording; and
or Collier County,
of San Raphael for
WHEREAS, San Raphael Bui1uing Corporation has fileu for 0 lot
line adjustment of Lots 15 and 16 os inuicat.,d in the attached
Exhibit "A"; and
~{EREAS, this lot line adjustment does not extinguish or in
anyway affect the dedications contained in the plat of these lands;
and
WHEREAS, Section 3.2.4.8 of the Collier County Land
Development Code requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a Resolution acknowledging the lot line adjustment of the subject
lots when certain criteria are complied with and said criteria was
cOIlplied with; and
WHEREAS, the lots are a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, San Raphael, and the filing and recording of this lot
line adjustment shall not affect access to lots previously conveyed
under the San Raphael plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the lot line
adjustment at Lots 15 and 16, a part of a previously approved and
'.. recorded plat, San Raphael as indicated in the attached Exhibit "All,
is hereby acknowledged.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
plat of San Raphael.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second ilnd majority
vote favoring same.
