~IEREAS, San Raphael Building corporation and vineyards
Development corporation have ftlnd for a lot line adjust~ent of Lots
18 and 19 as indicated in the attached ExhilJit "A'l; and
WHEREAS, this lot line adju~tmcnt docs not extinguish or in anyway
affect the dedications contained in the plat of these lands; and
WHEREAS, Section 3.2.4.8 of the Collier County Land
Development Code requires the Board of county Commissioners to adopt
a Resolution acknOWledging the lot line adjustment of the subject
lots when certain criteria are complied with and said criteria was
c~pl1ed with; and
WHEREAS, the lots are a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, San Raphael, and the filing and recording of this lot
line adjustment shall not affect access to lots previously conveyed
under the san Raphael plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED MID ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUIITY, FLORIDA. that the lot line
adjustment of Lots 18 and 19, a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, San Raphael as indicated in the attached Exhibit 'IA",
is hereby acknowledged.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
circuit court shall make proper notation of ttlis action upon the
plat of San Raphael.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
